Project Overview
Project Overview

AMH Project Solutions is a construction project management firm based in Grenada, founded by Arlene Hayes, an architect and construction manager with over a decade of experience across large-scale commercial and residential projects. AMH doesn't build homes. They guide homeowners through the entire process of building one, from initial concept through messy construction to final handover, replacing confusion and overwhelm with clarity and confidence.

Ghost Savvy Studios designed and developed AMH's digital platform as more than a marketing site. We built a resource ecosystem using Next.js that positions Arlene and her firm as the definitive guide for anyone navigating the construction process in Grenada, complete with a searchable service provider directory, an editorial journal, and a curated resource library.

The Challenge
The Challenge

In Grenada, building a home is one of the most significant financial and emotional undertakings a person will face. And for most people, the process is opaque. Who do you hire? How do you vet contractors? What should a realistic budget look like? When something goes wrong mid-build, who advocates for you?

AMH needed a site that addressed these questions before a prospect ever picks up the phone. The challenge wasn't just communicating what AMH does. It was building trust in a market where most construction relationships are built on word of mouth and where hiring the wrong contractor can set a family back years. The site needed to establish AMH as both a service provider and a knowledge authority, someone who understands the local landscape deeply enough to guide you through it.

There was also a community-building dimension. Grenada's construction industry lacks a centralized, transparent directory of vetted professionals. AMH wanted to fill that gap, creating a resource that serves the broader market while naturally positioning the firm at the center of the ecosystem.

The Approach
The Approach

We designed the site around a core insight: people building homes in Grenada don't just need a project manager. They need a trusted guide who can make the unfamiliar feel navigable. The entire user experience is built on that idea.

The homepage leads with emotional clarity: "Building a home shouldn't be hard." From there, it introduces AMH's role as the bridge between an overwhelmed homeowner and a successful build. The narrative is warm, direct, and deliberately non-corporate, reflecting both Arlene's personal approach and the intimate nature of residential construction.

The service provider directory is a standout feature. It's a searchable, review-enabled database of construction professionals in Grenada, turning the site into a utility that people return to regardless of whether they're hiring AMH directly. This was a strategic decision: by giving value freely, AMH becomes the first name people associate with construction guidance on the island. A community submission feature lets users recommend professionals they've worked with, keeping the directory alive and growing organically.

The journal and resource library round out the content ecosystem. Articles and guides address the real questions homeowners have, building knowledge and trust over time. For someone months away from breaking ground, these resources keep AMH top of mind long before a formal engagement begins.

On the design side, we kept the aesthetic clean and confident. The photography is personal (Arlene herself is featured prominently, which matters in a trust-driven business), and the layout guides visitors naturally from understanding the problem to exploring resources to booking a consultation. One call to action runs through the entire site: "Book a Call." No complicated intake forms. Just a direct line to a conversation.

The result is a platform that doesn't just represent AMH. It extends what AMH does, guiding people with clarity before the first brick is ever laid.

Client Testimonial
I really appreciated how easy Kareem made the entire process. From the beginning, he was patient, responsive, and super clear about what was needed. He brought strong ideas to the table, made the design feel modern and fresh, and handled the technical side with confidence. I’m proud of how the AMH website turned out and I’d recommend him to anyone who wants a site that actually feels high-quality.
